Creative Guidance ~ For some of us, the hardest part of starting the planning process is coming to terms with the type of event you want. MASON INC. can provide you with the pros and cons of a variety of scenarios or help you plan and execute the ideas you already have. While a budget dictates most choices, it doesn’t have to reduce your options. MASON INC. can assist in analyzing various budget scenarios to help pinpoint your priorities and create the event you desire.
Event Plan ~ MASON INC. partners with you to create an event plan for your wedding to manage the multitude of details and decisions you will face during the planning process. From our experience in photo-shoot production for national magazines and event planning in New York City, we know that whatever the event is, it takes detailed planning and organization. We create and manage your event plan with checklists, schedules, and design boards.
Resource Selection and Management ~ We are fortunate to have a background in production. It gives us the research skills necessary to build a list of contacts and resources. We are always on the lookout for new venues and vendors. With this skill we can continuously build our contact base and still have the ability to research something new and innovative should that be your vision. You can utilize MASON INC. to research vendor availability, find which are best suited to your personalities and vision for the event, and make sure to stay within your budget. If you’ve already selected your vendors, let us help provide contract negotiation and/or manage the payments and event-day schedules.
Onsite Coordination ~ MASON INC. works behind the scenes at your event to make sure that a master timeline is created and executed. With this service, we want you to relax and enjoy your day without worrying about the details. On-site coordination includes overseeing vendors, managing space set-up, and troubleshooting the almost inevitable hiccups that interrupt the flow of the day.
